Glenn joined the HTH team in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing all essential day to day engineering operations at assigned properties including critical life safety, HVAC, energy management, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and other building systems. His extensive background in the various trades and in building maintenance and operations assure competent troubleshooting and equipment reliability. Glenn is vitally involved in all aspects of building operations including daily interaction with client tenant’s, completion of work orders, comfort control, procurement of parts and supplies, supervision of day porter and janitorial staff and compliance with applicable city codes and ordinances. A former business owner, Glenn is keenly aware of the value of service to clients and he has developed a reputation for prompt and courteous service. His knowledge of bidding, scheduling and monitoring repair and capital projects has earned him high praise from tenant’s across the portfolio.
Glenn Harcrow has been either employed by, or contracted for, property management companies for 30 years. He has extensive experience with building systems and has worked on a wide range of property types throughout the Austin area. Glenn’s contributions have significantly enhanced HTH Capital’s success with his knowledge and deep background in property operations.
Glenn earned his SMT and SMA designations in the year of 2000 and is currently working towards his LEED certification. He is a past president of AAFAME, has also chaired multiple committees for the organization and is very active in the group.
