Will joined HTH Capital in 2017. As Vice President, Will is responsible for sourcing and executing new development projects, managing overall business strategy and development, leasing, and developing new client relationships. Will has 13 years experience in commercial real estate and project management focused in healthcare.
Prior to joining HTH, Will managed and oversaw the coordination, leasing and development of 800,000 square feet of medical office buildings for Healthcare Facilities Development. In addition Will has served as a consultant for Baylor Scott and White Health providing real estate services throughout Central Texas to include leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions for the system.
Will was born and raised in Austin, Texas with a family background in cattle ranching and passion for the outdoors. Will graduated from Texas A&M University and played collegiate baseball at San Jacinto Junior College. Today, Will enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife Kara and their two children.
